Berrie DEX (“Berrie”, “we”, “us”) operates the trading platform at berr.ie. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Wallet addresses. When you connect a wallet we record the public address to associate your session with on-chain activity. We never receive or store private keys.
Trading data. We store order history, positions, and funding-rate records tied to your wallet address to display your account history.
Usage data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) are collected for security monitoring and debugging. Logs are retained for 30 days.
No personal identity data. We do not collect name, email address, government ID, or payment card information. Berrie is a non-custodial platform.

We use a session cookie for authentication and browser local storage to persist UI preferences and encrypted key material. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Server logs are retained for 30 days. Trading history is retained as long as your wallet is associated with the platform. You may request deletion by contacting support.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Contact us at support@berr.ie to exercise these rights.
We use TLS for all data in transit. Sensitive key material stored in the browser is encrypted with AES-GCM derived from a wallet-signed secret. We conduct regular security reviews.
Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
