These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Berrie DEX (“Berrie”, “the platform”) operated by Berrie. By connecting a wallet or using the platform you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and not a resident of any jurisdiction where use of decentralised derivatives platforms is prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether use of this platform is legal in your jurisdiction.
Berrie is a non-custodial interface to decentralised clearing infrastructure operated by Orderly Network and, where applicable, Hyperliquid. We do not hold your funds, execute trades on your behalf, or act as a broker-dealer, exchange, or investment adviser. All trading is executed via on-chain smart contracts.
Trading perpetual futures involves substantial risk of loss including loss of your entire deposit. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and largely unregulated. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Past performance does not predict future results.

The Berrie name, logo, and platform software are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of price data, or execution of any particular trade. Smart contract interactions may fail or produce unexpected results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Berrie and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses, smart contract failures, or data breaches.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Berrie is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Material changes will be highlighted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
